Klaus Engels
After completing his training in Wholesale and Foreign Trade, KLAUS ENGELS, born in 1962, studied Economics in Cologne. Mr Engels began his professional career as Managerial Assistant and Project Manager with Prognos AG, in Basel.
He then worked for three years as project manager, team leader and management board member with the abacus Business Consultancy for medium-sized businesses, in Düsseldorf. Before launching to form his own company in 2002, he worked as a partner with Ernst&Young Consulting/Cap Gemini Ernst&Young Consulting in Düsseldorf, from 1997. There he managed the Strategic Advice Department and was also responsible for Personnel Development.
Mr Engels has been Managing Partner of EngelsPartner GmbH in Neuss since 2003. His sphere of activities encompasses design and implementation of training courses in management development and project and customer relations management. On top of that comes consulting on and implementing organisational projects in strategic and sales areas for medium-sized companies, as well as coaching project managers. In addition to that, he is the presenter for events at medium-sized business and general business fora.
In his capacity as advisory board member or chairman, he supports the managing directors of medium-sized companies operating nationally and internationally. In addition to holding a degree in Business Administration, he is a certified systemic coach (DGCo) and has other further qualifications in the area of Organisational Development and Team Coaching.
